Meet Garland, Nutmeg and Bart!

Garland is my senior doe, and she's on the far right. She's almost 4 years old and is "the boss". Nutmeg (she's the one in the middle) joined us in March after Evie passed away. She is half Satin and half French, and is a wonderful big girl!

Bart (short for Bartlett!) is our numero uno buck! He is 11 weeks old today and is growing so fast! We're expecting great things from him in a few months! Hopefully we'll have some gorgeous bunnies next spring!

Bart spent some time getting acquainted with Nutmeg and Garland this weekend. He and Nutmeg seemed to have hit it off (he acts a little like he thinks she's his mom!)

September 2006 - Meet my two additions to the rabbit herd!

   

One of a duo of gorgeous 10 week old does I recently purchased from Spanish Oak Rabbitry in Berryville VA - This is Mocha, she is a chocolate satin angora, and also here is Opal, who is black. Both are pedigreed purebred Satin Angora rabbits! The crimp is showing up even in these baby coats! Can't wait for a full first real handspinning length shearing from these girls!
